Irina Brcic is a mother, business owner, and volunteer who finds joy in the music of words and the magic of read-aloud stories for kids.

Born and raised in Romania during the post communist diaspora, Irina cherishes childhood memories shared with her siblings, who became each-other’s greatest gifts in the absence of parents. Now a mother of three, Irina draws inspiration from the dynamic experience of parenting. Her debut children’s book “A Big Brother’s Adventure” offers a heartfelt glimpse into the big feelings little ones might face when welcoming a new baby. Irina lives in Dallas, Texas with her husband and their three children.

Together they love to explore the world when they’re not working.
